This recipe is very tasty. I left out the celery, it called for a cup and we just don't care for celery that much. The rest of the recipe I followed.
I served it with brown rice and it was very filling. My kids loved that it had pineapple. It makes 3 servings, so it was perfect for us. It's not quite the same as sweet and sour chicken that you would get at a restaurant, but pretty close. And thinkng about the difference in fat and calories between the two, makes this one great!
The only problem that I had with the recipe (totally my fault, I should have known better) is that there was quite a bit of liquid in the wok before I put in the sauce. I should have poured the liquid off. Since I didn't, the sauce tasted a little weak and was runny.
