Pepperoni-Poppin' Veggie Calzones

YUM!!! Possibly one of my favorite recipes ever! Only 2 problems with this recipe, I can't figure out how to cut them into 5 so I cut them into 6, and they are so incredibly delicious that I want to eat every one.

One of the many things I love about Hungry Girl is that she uses things that you normally would not think to use. I would have never thought of using crushed tomatoes instead of pizza sauce but, wow, I'll never use pizza sauce or tomato paste again for pizza or calzone. And instead of having a big ole bag of shredded part skim mozzarella, where it is so easy to put much more in than the recipe calls for, you use light string cheese. Who would have thought?

This recipe is wonderful. Who knew you could eat calzone and not feel guilty about it.
