Yum! Comfort food and a crowd pleaser.
These were very simple to make. My whole family loved them. That is a rare thing these days...for my kids to like anything that I make, something is always wrong and there is a reason that it is just too gross to eat. These nifty little pockets are not only delicious but also fun to eat.
I made a little change: I added a little poultry seasoning and thyme. I should have added a little salt.
One problem: The problem is not the taste, they are very good. It is the portion. I ate 4 of these and my 4 year old that barely eats ate 2. I didn't look at the Weight Watchers points for these, but I'm sure eating 4 was probably way to many since the serving size is 1. I was in a hurry and thought that since this recipe has it all (Veggies, protein, carbs) that a side dish wasn't really necessary. Our family of 4 ate all 12.
So if this is a recipe that you decide to try my recommendations are to add a little salt and make a couple of filling side dishes.
